Elizabeth is a trial attorney with experience handling personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, construction, and premises liability cases. After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, Elizabeth spent the first decade of her career defending hospitals, doctors, and insurance carriers throughout the state of Georgia. Having worked in private practice as well as in house for one of Georgia’s leading medical malpractice insurance providers, Elizabeth’s background and experience provides her with valuable knowledge that helps her advocate for the needs of those who have been injured, especially in a medical setting.

Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a BA in Spanish and graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013.

After spending many years living and working in Atlanta, she has now returned to live in her hometown of Peachtree City to raise her children. She works primarily in Brooks Law Partners’ Peachtree City office. Elizabeth spends the majority of her free time with her husband and three children – a seven-year-old son and three-year-old twin daughters. When time allows, her favorite thing to do is travel – be that to the beach, to the mountains, a big city or a small town – she never turns down a chance to experience a new place or a new culture!
