Partner

Jennifer is a native Georgian, or as she likes to say, a Georgia Peach! Jennifer grew up in Cobb County where her family and in-laws still reside. After attending the University of Georgia, Go Dawgs!, Jennifer moved to Atlanta to begin her professional career. Jennifer credits the HeLP Legal Services Clinic as the experience that most prepared her for the practice of law and how she developed her desire to advocate for people in need.

After law school, Jennifer worked in mass torts discovery and then at a boutique civil litigation firm in Buckhead.  For several years, Jennifer had her own law firm where she worked on a variety of civil cases, including legal malpractice, personal injury, business, and contract. During the COVID Pandemic of 2020, Jennifer began advising businesses and nonprofits that needed to ascertain their rights in an entirely new and uncertain legal landscape.

Since starting her own firm, Jennifer missed the team component that working in a larger law firm brings. Jennifer is thrilled to join forces with Brooks Law Partners and to continue litigating civil cases across Georgia as part of an effective litigation team.

Jennifer lives in Peachtree Corners with her brilliant husband and three fantastic kiddos. On weekends, they love to spend time hiking around the Chattahoochee River and entertaining family and friends at home. Over the last year, Jennifer has become officially addicted to Pilates. Travel has always been a part of Jennifer’s life. Ask her about studying abroad at Oxford and her three-week adventure in Europe in 2021.  She probably has a Disney Cruise booked for her family right now. Everyone in Jennifer’s family is musical, so it’s never quiet in her house.
