Joseph is a seasoned trial attorney with experience handling personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, trucking, probate litigation, and medical malpractice cases. His background includes extensive work representing victims of medical negligence, but he has also worked to defend insurance companies and their customers in the past. Joseph graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a BA in History and received his JD from the University of Mississippi, cum laude, in 2012.

Joseph has a diverse breadth of trial experience which informs his approach to the law—an approach which has led to multiple seven-figure case results. Joseph grew up in LaGrange, Georgia, and now makes his home in Newnan. Joseph enjoys playing with his kids and his dogs and traveling Georgia backroads looking for new places to go fishing.

Joseph was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2012 and is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Georgia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
