Morgyn L. Graber is a seasoned contract and trial attorney, devoting her entire career to helping others. She has handled a variety of cases in the state and federal courts of Georgia, recovering millions of dollars for her clients, all while working with high-profile entertainment clients and athletes. 

Morgyn’s passion for helping others, as well as her passion for sports & entertainment, are woven throughout her life. Growing up in Chicagoland in the 90’s, Morgyn saw peak athletics her entire life. As the daughter of a competitive tennis player, Morgyn also competed at a high level on the soccer pitch, traveling nationwide to tournaments, and helping lead the Portage Indians to the state tournament. She was recruited to play soccer in college, where her passion for athletics bloomed. Seeing the disparity in women’s vs. men’s sports led Morgyn to fight for the female athletes at an early age. 

During this time, Morgyn also developed a passion for social justice, and her desire to serve others led her to obtain a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Southern Indiana. This unique, specific skill set allows her to lead with empathy with her clients, making them feel seen, heard, and valued while meeting their needs. 

After graduating from Southern Indiana, Morgyn went on to pursue her Juris Doctor at Indiana University, where she competed in Moot Court, with a focus on Trial Advocacy. While in school, she clerked for two judges, which fueled her passion for the courtroom. 

Simultaneously, she took rigorous courses in Entertainment Law, and shadowed Turner Broadcasting’s Senior Vice President, where she was able to see the inner workings of March Madness. 

Since graduating, Morgyn has fueled her entertainment career by being on two television shows. She not only knows what it is like to negotiate these deals, but she knows what it is like to be in the shoes of the show participants. 

She’s continued to represent individuals in automobile collisions, truck wrecks, and premises liability cases. Her network is extensive, and clients nationwide contact her to help them reach satisfactory results – whether in contract negotiations, or in the courtroom. 

Morgyn lives in Old Fourth Ward and loves cheering for her home city of Chicago, as well as our local Atlanta sports teams (you can frequently catch her cheering on the Hawks!). When she’s not serving her clients at Brooks Injury Law, Morgyn can be found traveling, spending time with her family and friends, attending workout classes, or serving at her church.
